Plain candy
A baked mixture of the following main ingredients;
1- Sugar, according to the specifications stated in number 69 of Iran standard.
2- Liquid glucose, according to the specifications stated in number 621 of Iran standard.
3- Invert beverage.
4- Milk.
5- Butter.
With a hard stiffener that is provided in 138 to 148 degrees centigrade.
Milky candy: contains the same ingredients as plain candy, it also includes at least 2 percent of dry milk powder.
Nut filled candy: is the same as plain candy or milky candy which contains ingredients such as coffee, coffee distillate, chocolate, fruits and their side products, honey, nuts such as; walnut, almond, hazelnut, coconut, plain beverages, egg-white powder, casein and albumin powder.
Candy with fruit flavor:
Candy with fruit flavor is the same as plain candy, it also contains fruit essence.
